1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through this website are final. By completing a transaction, you agree that no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued once a product or service has been delivered.
2. Digital Products and Services
Because our offerings may include digital items, electronic wallet passes, loyalty cards, or other digital services, all sales are final upon delivery.
Once a digital product has been sent, accessed, activated, or used, no refunds will be provided.
3. Services Already Performed
If a service has been started or fully completed, no refunds will be issued.
This includes setup, configuration, customization, design, or any work already delivered.
4. Physical Products
For physical products sold and shipped by Ancora Tech LLC:
4.1 No Refunds After Delivery
Once a physical product has been shipped and marked as delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable.
4.2 Damaged or Defective Items (Exception)
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery at info@ancoratechus.com.
We may request photos or evidence to verify the issue.

4.3 Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Ancora Tech LLC is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund.
4.4 Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns unless a damaged or defective product claim has been validated by our team.
5. Incorrect or Failed Delivery for Digital Products
If you did not receive access to a digital item, please notify us within 3 days of purchase.
We will re-deliver the product if necessary.
6. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us immediately.
Delivered products or completed services cannot be refunded.
7. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback after receiving your product or service violates this policy.
Ancora Tech LLC reserves the right to dispute any chargeback with proof of delivery or service completion.
